JP Studio83x ("we") runs the website jpstudio83x.com and the AI video studio behind it. Questions or requests about your data: contact@jpstudio83x.com or the Help page.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, an optional display name and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store your password itself.
• Credits and payments: a history of purchases, jobs, refunds and credit adjustments. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• What you upload and make: songs, photos, videos and prompts you add, and the files the studio generates for you.
• Prompts: the text of your prompts is kept in an owner-only log to enforce the terms of use.
• Quote and support requests: what you type into those forms, including your name and email.
• Sign-in and security: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived records used to slow down repeated failed sign-ins.

Who receives it

• AI providers that run your jobs receive the prompt and the files a job needs (for example Higgsfield, Replicate, fal.ai, Sync Labs and Anthropic for the AI director).
• Stripe processes payments. Our email provider delivers account and support emails.
• We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

• Generated files and uploads are deleted from our servers after 30 days.
• Account, credit and payment records are kept while your account exists and as required for accounting.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by writing to contact@jpstudio83x.com.
